That article "debunks" nothing. It made clear that Northam meant exactly what he said. Regardless of the baby's "deformity," he said that should the mother go into labor, they would deliver, resuscitate the baby if needed, then decide whether to end its life. It says it clear as day and it's sickening. I realize that is not the stance of most pro-abortionists, but it was Northam's. |

No, it’s not. It’s about deciding if a newborn with substantial deformities is going to be kept alive. You seem to want to pretend that this theoretical child is a healthy one who will simply continue to be alive like most babies do with basic infant care. The full quote is in the article? I know you think everyone else should live out your wishes and completely subsume their lives and that of any other children to a child who doesn’t have an entire brain and is missing a few enzymes, but that’s not how decent people think. |

In all seriousness, I don’t know how you can deprogram people without some sort of involuntary commitment to a secure facility of some kind.
So with that in mind - what kind of facilities are we taking about here, and how are we a nation supposed to undertake putting 70 million people in them? This is worth talking about. |
