Deprograming MAGA

I had a small part in actually deprogramming a cult member many years ago. It did work. Based on everything I learned from that process, maga certainly fits the definition of a cult. A necessary component in the process is the help and involvement of former member of the same cult.

At this point MAGA would rather have a volatile elderly man with dementia with the fate of the country in his hands as president than replace him with someone grounded who isn’t willing to send the country over Niagara Falls in a barrel to save his fragile ego. I think of Judgement of Solomon— Trump would cut the baby in half to “win.”

Convincing MAGA they’re not “winning” with Trump will be very, very difficult.
