This article leaves out many items which will prove her innocent of these accusations, but just being out there in public it already ruins, her reputation win or lose because I guarantee half of you that are reading this won’t follow up and see what the actual outcome is.

Anyone who knows anything about girls lacrosse knows how utterly disgusting Katie is and how she would stoop this low to try to defame someone else’s name for her gain. Just ask any parent of her former or current players, and they will tell you the horrific things she yells at players, coaches and referees. She has zero class.

Katie has directly and indirectly coached my daughter's team for 4+ years and never had an issue with her (or anyone else on the team for that matter).

Consider yourself lucky if you have never seen this side of Katie. I also did not see it for many years as a Pride parent (only heard of it secondhand), until I did. No longer a Pride parent.

Exactly. My daughter was her star player until she decided to try out for another team and Katie couldn’t have turned around and badmouthed her and our family more quickly. Katie is out for herself and no one ride and doesn't truly care about the girls one bit

Don't bother trying to argue with the Pride circus crowd. They continue to defend and support a bad product, bad recruiting and the craziness of a petty owner. The Pride parents are some of the worst in all of Club lacrosse and it's no surprise they continue to defend KM. The recruiting results, team rankings and lack of coaching are cold hard facts that can't be ignored.

Orange lost to YJMA 2 years ago. Orange beat them this year at the G-8 pretty solidly. (Pride has never heard of that tournament.) Orange lost by 1 to Pride, but has 4 solid D1 commitments to date. Not much on the commitment front for Pride. Still laugh how Pride tries to keep up with the Orange team now when at one point they tried to compete with Blue.

How really gives a shit to be honest? Did the girls play in the tournament, was it organized prior to CAVs becoming PRIDE, did the girls and their parents enjoy the weekend? The whole thing is petty, handle the shit with your big girl panties on, ask for the return in profit, minus coaching expenses (which is normal for clubs/parents to pay for) and move on. seems like the reasonable thing to do, but to file with the LOCO sheriff's office, seems very extreme and somewhat vindictive.

Agree with this. It looks like Pride/Katie was shorted $1160 since the tourney dues didn't go through official Pride/Teamsnap channels. She should recover that money, but not sure she had to put the previous owner in the clink and tarnish her reputation. $1160?? That's less than 3 kids paying for her crappy outdoor winter league?? The Pride ship is sinking anyways and will be underwater soon.

This kind of proves a point for a lot of these local club directors it's really more about the money and less about the girls and no matter what they tell you all it will always be about the $$$$.

Regardless of the outcome, it's clear Pride is a C level club at best led by an owner who is only about the money. Her continued lack of recruiting success is her biggest downfall. Who cares if their ES and MS teams are ranked higher. None of them are beating any of the Elite clubs out there. You want to praise KM and Pride for being the best team out of DC/VA? Who gives a f.

Back to lacrosse... I wouldn't be surprised if Briar Woods is the team to come out of Loudoun. Coach Dorrycott has been awesome! He has the team super excited for this coming year. Looks like Riverside's run may be coming to an end.

Well I don't think that Riverside beats Briar Woods this year, therefore their run comes to an end. Riverside should had lost to Briar last year, and Briar has a new coach now. I can see Briar Woods running Loudoun County lacrosse scene this year. Riverside also lost Chase Paschuck, sooooo....
