The article states “As a result of the actions noted, it has been determined that Pride Girls Lacrosse ultimately sustained a loss of $1,160. This would have been their profit from the $3,200.” The alleged crime was against Pride, not the the customers. Learn to read. It’s fundamental.

Again, learn to read. I said in my previous post that the actions were wrong, if true. But like I also said, KM could have handled it privately through civil litigation given the small amount of money. It didn’t need to become a criminal matter. Katie has directly and indirectly coached my daughter's team for 4+ years and never had an issue with her (or anyone else on the team for that matter).

Consider yourself lucky if you have never seen this side of Katie. I also did not see it for many years as a Pride parent (only heard of it secondhand), until I did. No longer a Pride parent.

Don't bother trying to argue with the Pride circus crowd. They continue to defend and support a bad product, bad recruiting and the craziness of a petty owner. The Pride parents are some of the worst in all of Club lacrosse and it's no surprise they continue to defend KM. The recruiting results, team rankings and lack of coaching are cold hard facts that can't be ignored.

Consistent top 20s across multiple grades and multiple years. While Capital is clearly the best club for high school, Pride is equally clearly the best club in No Virginia for middle school years--by far. Hard to get those results without doing something right.

What I admire most about Capital is how they develop
, nurture and coddle their middle school teams so as to ensure best high school results. It’s a great development model.

Except they start in 9th grade and don't have middle school teams...

1. Rumor has it PVI Lacrosse is in shambles. 2. They don't want to risk losing to a team like Riverside, or even play them close, that wouldn't be a good look for a PVI when they try and recruit all the players from the area.

I think PVI will be alright. Coach Waters came out of retirement and will be running the program till they find someone.
