I've heard that the girls program at Independence HS is pretty solid. I believe the HC is also the director or owner of PRIDE.
Seems to be a common theme these days. Make a boat load from the club and get a direct line on the talent to develop for your HS team. |
She is not connected with Pride at all. Good person and coach. |
PVI is killing every Loudoun school by 10 goals minimum. It’s not even close. This applies to both the boys and girls lacrosse teams. |
Agree, whole different game. Riverside is the only program close to making it a game. |
All-in-all a good assessment. Briar battling Riverside will be the most interesting battle to watch. Riverside has such an advantage at X with their J'ville commit that they should be able to make it back to States. |
The Indy coaches come from the girls side of CavLax so now part of Pride. They do a great job of coaching in-game/situational/match-ups. |
| Indy coach has no association with Pride. The Indy coach is fantastic!!! |
She’ll have her work cut out for her this year. Her team will not be strong this year. |
Last season PVI scrimmages Madison and was not even that close. |
Indy coaches daughter is going to PVI. That should tell you something. |
Nice change, no mommy ball. |
| I think the big question is who will be the PVI Boys coach?? |
There is enough talent on the roster that they don’t need a coach. |

The OP started this as a LCPS boys discussion. He agreed to include girls too.
It may be best to discuss PVI and other privates in the private school thread. |
That could be entertaining to watch... If you want new talent to join, you will need a new coach. |
