Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS)
| It sounds like this principal flirted with some of the mommas pretty heavily. |
LOL. Now WHERE is this coming from? I have never heard this one and my kid has been at Navy for 4 years! |
So many mommies defending him. |
+1 |
Thats the thing you don't know all the parents and what was said to their child or what child overheard things. kids talk |
+1. HIS actions have consequences. Imagine the Ppal. under the influence during school hours. |
It also could be because he HELPED their KIDS. I am a mom whose kid goes to Navy. To me, he was a great principal because he always was immediately responsive to any concerns and not because he flirted. Geez. Get your heads out of the gutter, people. |
He always hires young, pretty new teachers. |
Or maybe the mommies had drinks with him on his birthday? |
Or maybe he was actually a good principal who made our kids’ school experience a good one. I’m one of the PPs who said I don’t think he should come back to Navy. I’m not defending his actions. But he was a good principal and your statement is just ridiculous. |
If it talks like a duck and walks like a duck…it probably is a duck. |
There’s a select group that have his ear of course. They want him back. |
Shoplifting is not even in the same ballpark as DUI crash as far as offenses go. |
The few times I have had to get in touch with him, he has always been very responsive. He also says hi to everybody! |
I don't know the guy, but people (*not pejoratively tetmed "mommies") can have varying opinions about the proper outcome; and some can understand that a person can have mant positive qualities even if he made a big, embarrassing mistake. Some people are willing to look at the balance of a person's character, history, and actions, as well as the possibility for recovery and restitution...and say that it's possible that he could come back to his job in some form. |
