DP. Are you the imbecile who insists over on Website Feedback that "paid people" are posting conservative opinions on DCUM? Now that IS funny. |
Oh look. Another person who isn't familiar with the interwebs. Plenty of people saw parents throwing tantrums last year. And then voting irrationally in November. |
Nope. This might blow your mind but there are lots of people who post on DCUM. Feel free to ask Jeff if you don't believe me.
Guess it's not surprising that the Youngkin voters are dumb AF. |
No answer on this yet... |
I voted for McA but I actually watched the school board meetings. They were renaming schools when kids did not have the option of in person school. You don’t have to look any further than that for proof. |
Yes - plenty of Democrats threw tantrums when people wouldn't comply with their wishes - and still continue to do so. And not voting the way you insist =/= "voting irrationally." You are not somehow "rational" while those with a different POV are "irrational." Sorry to disappoint. |
Do we want school choice? Absolutely. How dumb are you that you have to even ask the question? That's a huge reason we voted for Youngkin. DP |
I'm sorry you're so dense that you need this spelled out for you. This isn't just "anti-bias training" for teachers. It's a reframing of curriculum so that all subjects are seen through an "anti-bias" lens. If you had actually read the original link you would know this. Or maybe not, since your intelligence is questionable, at best. https://go.boarddocs.com/vsba/fairfax/Board.nsf/files/BTFRCZ6CA62E/$file/Final%20Anti-Racism%20Anti-Bias%20Curriculum%20Work%20Session%20Sept%2014%202020.pdf |
I'm sure you will end up with very quality schools in Nova given the amounts that you will be able to get from vouchers. I'm sure that a per pupil funding rate that is less than half of parochial school and tied to a requirement to take everyone will lead to amazing schools. |
| Inclusive schools that are welcoming to all students allow all students to learn better. |
"Comply with their wishes"? WTF are you talking about?
People voting GOP "for the first time" just because they were mad at schools and "wanted to send a message" were irrational. People voting GOP because they support the GOP platform (vouchers) just means they are run-of the-mill GOP losers. |
Sure, that's why the Big 3 have such amazing SN programs and such a high portion of students living in poverty. |
Yes, we know that the GOP wants to defund public schools to subsidize private school for their kids. They DGAF if they drive public schools into the ground. The question is do the "first time R voters" realize that is what they supported by voting for Youngkin? |
Yup. Just think of all of those people who moved to FC for "the amazing schools". Schools are going to tank. Followed by property values. |
Astro-turfing is a thing PP. Whether it's happened in DCUM, no on can say. You do have posters who sound very, very similar. Like same talking points, same catch phrases/adjectives, same responses to any criticism (e.g., like calling people imbeciles). I don't think they are paid Russians, just bored ass housewives who are on this website too often trying to stir stuff up
