Healthy foods that suck

Attention KALE HATERS - you're preparing it wrong (possibly).

Make sure 100% of stems are removed, then massage the kale with olive oil and salt. Squeeze it like play dough for a couple minutes, then try it. You'll feel less like a cow working its cud this way...

I really like most of what has been mentioned. Can't stand tofu though...awful.

FYI if you massage your kale with good extra virgin olive oil, it's much easier to chew in salad. I also use lemon juice or balsamic vinegar.

I love kale. Hate quinoa. Hate fat free cheeses. Coconut water and cactus water make me want to gag. I find all vegetarian faux meats and chickeb bizarre. Generally, I'm not a fan of foods that imitate.

I eat kale pretty much every day and hate it, same with bananas.
Ive been buying the cheap giant eggs for $1 and they are gross. I need to keep mt food bill down.

Turkey bacon. First, I can't think of anything more processed and second, if you want bacon, eat bacon. Otherwise, don't.

Turkey bacon is so gross. I actually was raised on Morningstar fake meat products and think their fakin bacon is good (tho nothing like actual bacon). Those products probably aren't healthy but they are fairly low calorie.

I also hate raw mushrooms and carrots. Most of what I eat is gross, but I have mobility issues so cooking meals is not easy. I only eat these things for health reasons. I think I weighed less and ate less when I ate junk food, which at least tasted better. It was also cheaper. I better at least live a long life in exchange for eating gross healthy food. I wish i had a pizza right now, or lasagna, or a big juicy burger and fries.

Kale is the king of horrible healthy foods. I don't care how much you massage it, whisper sweet nothings to it, or cuddle it up with actual delicious foods, it still has a vile, satanic aftertaste.

Given the cooking suggestions people have on here and the garbage they eat and shitty recipes thry post, Im 100% certsin 95% of them are awful cooks. I mean these are thr same pepole that suggest bringing a cancer patient lasagne and tuna noodle casserole. You can't possibly take them serious. A forum for real cooks is Chef Talk.

I can't stand whole wheat anything. I eat it but I really want a piece of white toast damn it.

Someone please tell me it's not healthier so I can go back to eating white pasta, white rice and white bread instead of the whole wheat and brown versions.

All you have to do is buy baby kale, take off the stems and tear it up into smaller pieces. It's good.
