I'm actually surprised you are having to appeal with scores like that. Agree you should get in. |
YES! DC in (last year) with WISC of 120. PRI and VCI 98% and 99% |
|
What are the chances of my kid with the appeal.
Below are the scores. NNAT 118 CogAT 125 GBRS 8 WISC IV: VCI 136 PRI 136 WMI 144 FSIQ 140 |
Very high to get in on appeal. |
|
What are chances of DC getting in (appeal)
WISC IV FSIQ 133 (99%) VCI 130 PRI 123 WMI 126 PSI 126 |
FSIQ is not bad. NNAT, CoGat, and GBRS? |
Agree, the other scores/GBRS would also come into play in the appeal. If they are inline with WISC, then I think chances would be very good. |
|
What are chances of my kid getting in appeal?
NNAT 129 COGAT 89% GBRS 10 Standford Binet 5 Non Verbal 143/99.8% Verbal 134/99% Full scale IQ 140 / 99.6% |
Looks positive to me. |
| SB 133 (verbal 133 Non verbal 132) & GBRS =8. Was wondering what are chances on appeal? |
Did you do WISC previously? I'm just wondering why SB and whether the committee has already seen a WISC on this child. |
Yes, WISC is in the original file with FSIQ=147 (VCI=143, PRI=145). |
|
what are the chances of getting in on appeal?
FSIQ 133 for WISC did not know COGAT and NNAT was required submitted awards (such as president's, spelling bee champion, passing sixth grade...not a particularly uncommon one but was still an award sent in) submitted works (english essay which scored a 98% on it, other essay which scored a 97%) forgot parent guardian questionnaire and GBRS (but sent in on original submission in spring screening 2014, not about GBRS) |
|
forgot to mention, 2 letter recommendations were in the file also. chances?
|
| I think nobody really knows what could happen. Wait for another couple of weeks and you will know! |
