ICE needs to set a couple of cars outside Fairfax detention center(s) and just pick the illegals up as they walk out the door. Not the most efficient method but will get a steady stream and send a message. |

How do we get a copy of the video the judge referenced?
And, what is fcps or city of Fairfax retention policy on school videos? If this has been an issue for some time there should lots of video available, no? |

A judicial warrant can be issued if there is a FEDERAL crime. This is not a federal crime - it is a state crime (and FCPS seems to believe it is not really a crime at all). ICE issued a detainer, but the sheriff will not honor it. This is what happens in sanctuary jurisdictions like Fairfax/VA. When the localities refuse to work with ICE, these criminals remain on the street to offend again and again. |

Parents with children in FCPS should be outraged.
So much wrong here... a near 19 year old as a junior in HS. Sexual assaults that have been going on for months. The district ignoring it and the principal downplaying it. The sheriff refusing to cooperate with ICE. How many more "kids" like this enrolled in FCPS schools? |

No, they didn’t. They probably did an administrative warrant which is some random ICE staff member signing a piece of paper. If they followed due process and got a judicial detainer, the sheriff would honor it per their policy. |

Being 18 is a typical age for high school students, as most American juniors and seniors are around this age. Should they be banned from attending school? |

No but why is an illegal alien about to turn 19 a junior in high school anyway? He shouldn't be here and this would not have happened. |

Kids that are held back, are 18 as juniors and 19 as seniors. And he was probably a junior… probably due to not have credits/education. He just got here. |

Story from local news. WTH??? All the school admin need to be fired!!!!!!!! If this kid was not an illegal, I wonder if they would have expelled him sooner? Why do we let illegals get away with sexual assault and the school covers it up? Then to have Descano want him released back into the public? Do we really want people like this in our schools and community?? Really?! |
