Assault Allegations at Fairfax HS.

WJLA is reporting that an adult student at FHS in the country illegally was recently arrested following a series of sexual assaults that had occurred at the school over a period of several months.
Parents who were interviewed expressed frustration at the delay in addressing the assaults and a recent communication from the Fairfax HS principal, which they say portrayed the assaults as butt-slapping when they were more intrusive. Any FHS parents here to corroborate or dispute these claims? WJLA is quite anti-FCPS but if the allegations are true it would seem to be another incident calling into question Michelle Reid’s competence. |

| The reporter interviewed several of the parents. This is outrageous. AG Descano was asking for him to be released. Fortunately the judge declined to do so. ICE has lodged a detainer for this guy but the Fairfax Sheriff will not honor it. |

Thanks for the link. Apparently, there was surveillance video.....they said it had been going on all year. I'm betting there are a lot of girls who did not report it out of embarrassment. |

The saddest thing was parents reporting that girls who had been assaulted by this guy were then harassed by some of their classmates because the principal’s email had downplayed the nature of the assaults. |

This is it, exactly. In order for FCPS to virtue signal "inclusion" and "empathy," they dismiss SA because the perp is an "undocumented immigrant" and "all are welcome here." Just disgusting. |

| Fairfax County Schools don’t even consider “over the clothes” sexual assaults as sexual assault under Title 9. They will downplay this. I hope the federal government investigates how often FCPS is letting cases like this slide. |

FCPS has a policy to cover up sexual assaults under what they call Regulation 2118.3. They claim this self-made regulation means that assaults that occur over the clothes do not rise to the level of sexual assault under federal law (Title 9) and it doesn’t get reported, tracked, etc. at a county level and local principals are able and told to just handle it as a school discipline issue to reclassify it assault or less. It is wild out there for girls. |
