This. Canvas, Synergy, ParentVue, Connect Eds, Emails, Texts. It's all too much and now there's a new one? Which I had never heard of before today yet two other parents, who wanted to know my kid's teacher, already seemed to know about it. I'm info-ed out and just don't care anymore. |

They probably will next week or whenever people actually need to use it. If you're just trying to log into something a week or two early to get a look at your kids' teachers, don't complain about there not being adequate documentation shared yet. |

How do you all learned about Parent Square? This is the first I heard of it and I work at MCPS. SMH. Was this buried in some massive email and somehow I missed it?
Also, the teachers are not listed for my kids. (ES). Am I not looking at the right place |

Our principal told us that they were starting to use ParentSquare instead of Remind a few months ago. |

Don’t forget Remind and all the various PTA info and newsletters, too. |

They often enter things a little early but can make last minute changes before it's finalized. If you want a guarantee, wait for the official notification. If you want to get a peek early, then you need to accept that there is a small chance it will change. |

ParentSquare bought Remind. MCPS ant control that. Canvas is a coursework management system, not a school management system. Synergy is the system that contains ParentVue. You don't use both. Connect Ed is a content/curriculum system, not a parent communication system. Emails and Texts (and Phone Calls) aren't school apps. They are delivery methods apps use. |

ParentSquare is the same as Remind. It's been in use for almost a year already. |
