| A great many people don’t wash their winter coats, like ever. I know this because I ride the metro. The smell of unwashed coats coming out of storage in November is nauseating. |
| I wash mine in delicate washer cycle, low heat tumble dry. Every couple of weeks . |
| I literally didn't know you could/should wash winter coats. Like people wash their canada goose jacket? I must have been living under a rock! |
| We wash them every early Spring before storing them in the “Winter box.” We wash them during Winter if they get stinky. Hard to believe people don’t do this?? |
Jackets that can be washed at home I wash at the end of the dragon. Wool garnets are dry-cleaned at end of season. |
This girlie is not a proofreader, that’s for sure! |
| Wool coat at the end of the season. All others washed at home at the end of the season. |
| ^^should say wool coat gets dry cleaned at the end of the season. |
| I wash ours regularly in the washer, line dry. If its wool, not often but we only wear the wool a few times a year max and I'll use the dryer sheets for that. I hate drycleaning. |
I only wear my wool coats - one long, one mid-length less than 3-5 times or so a year so not washed as not even really outside in them. My mid-length parka i will wash a couple times in season, two long parkas generally once at end of season unless get dirty. |
Yes! You get it. I hate standing in line in the winter and smelling people’s dirty coats. Absolutely gross and they’re just used to the smell. It’s not that their coats magically don’t need cleaning. |
| If you don’t know what a dirty winter coat smells like, then you’re the one wearing it. |
B+ you still missed one |
| Only if it gets dirty. |
|
My white and camel colored jackets yes. The others maybe depends how much I wear it that year
Jackets are going over your clothes, you need deodorant if you can smell anything through winter clothes |
