Please tell me that you are washing your winter jacket/coat more than two times in four years… |
| I don’t—not unless stained or smelly. what’s it to you? |
| I do, but by the smell of some people’s coats they don’t. I wash mine if I go into a deli or other Sri my restaurant. |
|
That’s why I love my washable llbean jacket- it sometimes needs a wash after a few dog walks
Wool coats get brushed regularly, dry cleaned when needed |
| I have never washed my winter jacket? |
| Nope. Not once. Truly never realized this was a thing. Mine smell great!!! |
| Nope |
| Nope, not unless it’s stained or otherwise dirty. I wear a number of layers underneath it so it’s not like there’s body odor |
| Of course. They either go to the dry cleaner or in the washing machine-at minimum- at the end of the season, but realistically about every other month when being worn frequently in winter. |
| Mine get done about once a season, unless I get something on them. The kids' coats get washed more often. I'd say once a month when they're worn regularly. |
| I don't know what my husband does with his winter coat, but it stinks. I wash it just as often as ours (mine and the kids), and yet his is the only one that stinks. Of some kind of body odor, not restaurant smell or anything. Sigh. |
| Oh OP. Don’t you realize by now that everyone is like you and that’s ok? |
+1 |

I get mine dry cleaned at the end of the season.
What’s more concerning is that women apparently don’t wash their bras. |
| I throw my puffer coat in the washer once or twice per season. I don't like dry cleaning due to the chemicals. |
