Buy some product and style it to make it look good. Yes, I just told you to put product in your 7 year old's hair. Trust me, far more people than you realize have had to do this

| DS has cut number 20 and it looks like that. I don't get why you're mad. It wasn't DH's fault. Just take him to a different place and get it fixed or fix it yourself if you can. It's just hair, it can be fixed. No reason to get upset. |

| My DH cut my boys' hair on his own, once. I came back home and I was like WTF happened to their hair! I took the boys to get their hair fixed that same afternoon. I was livid. I would be upset if I were you too. But your boy is older; if he likes it, can't do much now. Sorry. |

I see a ton of kids with that haircut. Would not be my choice, personally, but it's not that weird and no one will look twice.
Make sure your kid doesn't know you're upset, of course. He should get to feel good about his hair. |

| OP, this is how I feel when my older one gets his hair cut. I have just accepted that it means that I am old, like my grandma who was outraged by Duran Duran's hair and eyeliner back in the day. Just let it go. |
