Due to climate change and returns to capital, the south infact will have a pretty ruff few decades

The south has peaked.

If you want to look ahead to see what will be on the rise…

I honestly don't understand why it's so important to disparage other people's choices for college. On the one hand, a chunk of posters disparage students who opt for the lovely campuses and warmer weather of southern universities. At the same time, they disparage places like the SUNY system that offer strong academics because they are too cold, ugly, or otherwise geographically undesirable.

DP. The PP was suggesting that students from NJ make up a big portion of the population at South Carolina. The same is true for Maryland, actually.
