I agree, but other options are Florinda, Floriana, Florina, Florencia and Florentina. |
| Flora!!!!!!!! |
Bianca is a great name! I also love the previously mentioned: Lila Maya Cora? Mona? Charla? |
| Sarai |

I love Isla. It’s easy to explain. Someone once told me Isla like Island and I’ve never forgotten it.
I also love Flora for Florence or by itself. |

Very much a theme. They're all nice. Notes:
Nora: gorgeous, but so popular. Kind of depends on the neighborhood. Super trendy in mine. Freya: Never sure how to say it. "FRY-ah?" I think it's tough in America. Thea (maybe short for Theodora): Love this, would probably just use Thea. Lyra: LEE-rah? Pretty, but likely to get mispronounced. Flora (or maybe Florence and either Flora/Flory for nn?): Never really liked this one, and I don't know why since I like Nora. Isla: Love this. Ayla: AY-lah? Or also pronounced EYE-lah? That's my only hesitation. So I guess I like Thea and Isla best. I've never met a little Thea. I'll give that the edge! And just a couple that are in this vein: Delia, Celia, Una, Orla |
| I love Thea! |
| Nora for the win |
|
I love Flora (and Florence nn Flora) and Isla from your list. Freya and Nora are fine, although I would do Eleanora nn Nora because I like long names. I like Theodora but not Thea because it's all soft sounds and feels squishy to me. Theo or Dora or Teddy would be my preferred Theodora nicknames, although I'd probably call a baby Theodora by her whole name.
Other options: Anna Leah Rhiannon (nn Rhia) Ella (maybe short for Elizabeth or Eleanor or Eloise if you wanted) Magdalena |

Nora - like, but I seem to run into a lot
Freya - not a fan, not sure why, I know a couple under five and one in high school who are all awesome Thea (maybe short for Theodora) - love Lyra - like, but doesn't grab me Flora (or maybe Florence and either Flora/Flory for nn?) - love Flora Isla - love, but (like Nora) seem to run into quite a few Ayla - like Lyra, like but doesn't grab me |
| Isla is very trendy now, if it matters to you. I’ve met a ton. |
+1 in the DC-area under five set. |

From your list I like Nora and Flora best. Would also suggest
Anna Cara Clara Cora Hannah Maya Paloma Paola Sara[h] Stella |
It literally means island in Spanish, though pronounced EEs-la. I've now seen it spelled Ila. It's not my favorite. I do like Flora. I know a Thea, short for Mathea |
