You aren't going to get millions of Millennials and GenZ to start making student loan payments again. Biden tried the quick $10k fix but y'all are crybabies so now we get to be like farmer subsidies, a permanent fixture in the US.

Yes, if nothing has been accomplished by June 30th, payments automatically restart 90 days later on 9/30. They purposefully put that in there so it happens automatically.

I hope the inflation rates are in fact trending downward. If not, this extension could really hurt Democrats.

For government workers, the loans are gone. At least for the class who get loan forgiveness after a certain number of payments.
All these student loan moratoriums, they are counting as $0 payments towards the 120 payments.
