| supreme court is coming for you.....to help you be more responsible with your debt. |

Here's more about the Republican's proposed bill. A lot of the provisions make sense. Frankly, as a liberal, I'm surprised to see Republicans actually buckle down and do some real policy work and come up with a reasonable-sounding (as far as I can tell, but I'm no expert) new program rather than just whining and attacking Dems. We need more of that in order to move forward as a country. https://thehill.com/homenews/education/4049576-senate-republicans-introduce-plan-to-tackle-student-loan-debt/ |

Reading the tea leaves, I think tomorrow is going to be very bad news for the 25 (?) million or whatever who qualified for some of forgiveness.

Didn’t today’s SCOTUS affirmative action decision telegraph the student loan rejection will also be 6-3?
Biden’s just going to shrug and point the figure at Trump’s judges. Suckers. The ruling class on both sides does not give a f*** about proles. |
Proles? I'm a tax payer. Don't transfer your student debt to me. I have my own problems. I didn't force you to take out a loan for college. |
| Today is a big day and I predict Biden will lose as he doesn't have the power of debt forgiveness. |
From what I understand the Plaintiffs' hurdle is standing. I predict the majority blows by that to achieve their desired result. |
Struct down. Predictably. Biden doesn’t care. This was all a ruse. Notice how trillions in PPP went out a-sap while they slow rolled student loans. |
Actually I think this is one of the most reasonable sounding things I have heard out of any politicians in a really long time. |
