I thought he drove the van back to Florida. Does this mean he flew home, flew back to Utah, then drove the van to Florida?

Yes, that's the timeline.

Only reason you all care is because she’s a pretty white girl.

She was likely murdered, and the suspected killer is on the run and search parties are trying to find him right now. Actually, 3 people were probably murdered within 24 hours, around the same area. It's national news.

And the possible murderer is just running around the country, because he's a white guy they didn't lock up immediately.

Don't feed the idiot troll.

Won't requote pages of opinions. Here's the only reason that BL pleading 5th is a moot point. I only posted 3 relevant facts in this thread.

1. The one hour bodycam video of police intervention
2. The video link to van location submitted to FBI and then posted to social media that led to her body within 24 hours
3. The transcript and update of a 2nd witness call to 911 stating BL hit, slapped and locked GP out of van

The officers are at fault. Whether the dispatcher screwed up, the officers ignored, or both...BL would have been arrested on DV charges and jailed.

Things may have turned out differently, as a result. Maybe not. Timing is important.

One more thing. I've not posted an opinion on anything, just facts. Now I will. She had 2 sets of parents, and friends who were aware of BLs controlling behavior. That's 4 parents, one friend who's given interviews. Not a single one flew Gabby home, or got on a plane to bring her home. She was failed by the LE, the system, and her family. The only victim is Gabby.

I thought timeline was, correct if I'm wrong. .

Aug 23 - Brian flew home

Aug 24 - Brian flew back on red eye to Utah

Aug 24-27 - texts back and forth between Gabby cell and her parents. Allegedly from Gabby

Aug 27 - vlogger video of the van near where body was found. Can see someone closing back door when vlogger drives by, and what appear to be Brians sandals only on ground.

Aug 27th - Gabby cell phone unreachable.

Aug 30th - Gabbys parent receives weird text that her cell phone has no service.

Sept 1st, Brian back home with van

Wait, sorry if I missed something. Is it possible the officers who pulled them over and spoke to them in the video knew that an eyewitness had called and said he saw Gabby being slapped etc? I thought that was later.

She facetimed her mother on August 25, so there's proof she was still alive after he made that alleged trip.

And predictably, no analysis of what went wrong in his upbringing, only obsessively nitpicking every one of her perceived flaws and choices. What did she do to cause her death, what makes her so stupid as to not spot the signs, she had it coming for wanting to be famous, not how did his parents raise an abusive murderer. Every time.

Every. Single. Time.

Read the whole thread.

I have. "He didn't do anything! There was no crime! She checked herself into a mental hospital in the woods! It's not weird to take her car, she was a bad/unsure driver! There's no crime if there's no body, he's SMART to refuse to help the police! Okay there's a body so maybe it was a drifter! She fell off a cliff! She OD'ed! Sure he killed her but look at her Instagram account she's a useless drain on society who thought she deserved a public life!"

I am SO with you.

+2. so much victim blaming here.

Anything other than looking at the perp and his enabling family.

I called them out many, many pages ago.

His sister starts to talk about him flying back in her interview and then stops herself. https://abc7ny.com/gabby-petito-cassie-laundrie-family-speaks-sister-breaks-silence/11025914/

Just a guess/assumption, but maybe he flew back because he was tired of the trip, then she convinced him to fly back. Maybe he needed to do something at home or get something, etc.

August 12th caller (same day officers intervened):

“I’m right on the corner of Main St by Moonflower… I’d like to report a domestic dispute,” the caller says in the 49 second audio recording on August 12

“The gentleman was slapping the girl… they ran up and down the sidewalk, he proceeded to hit her and then they drove off.”

If you watch the web cam video, LE apparently didn't know the account given in this 2nd witness report. Dispatch apparently hadn't updated them, assuming that the report came in prior to or while the stop occurred.

What state are you referring to?

He was possibly captured on a deer cam in Baker, FL, 500 miles from North Port. This was on Monday morning. Sure looks like him to me.
