using your own resources is considered hoarding now? huh. I imagine McLean residents will still be paying state taxes so no hoarding going on. You wouldnt expect other wealthy jurisdictions like Arlington to pay for FCPS, why would McLean if they separated? |

Let’s see the reaction when property taxes immediately double to cover every other service the state or county provides, and businesses relocate to other parts of Fairfax County because little McLean becomes a more expensive place to do business. |

The states maintains all of the roadways. McLean, as a city, would have to establish and maintain its own highway department. |
