What will help the U13 and U15 teams? Recruit new players? Coaches?

Part of the issue here, which is true for other area ECNL/DA clubs also, is the dilution of talent with so many options in close proximity. Hard to fix that problem without having some kind of consolidation of talent, but that seems to be far out at this point.

ODP=Olympic Development Program. It used to attract the best players but it is no longer the case. Additionally, ODP has gotten very expensive for the amount of training you get. It may be a good option for a good player on an average or below average team, but most top players on top teams don't waste their time/money on ODP and DA players are not eligible (at least on the boys side).

Probably can't fix either of those squads without new blood, dilution in this area picked off too many players
