Why are some people so LOUD?

Hearing loss. My mom has hearing loss and is very loud. She doesn't realize how loud she sounds.

I don't want to hear loud people because I don't want to hear happy people. We had a neighbor that was outside having fun with her family every GD night -- laughing, playing with their children, having dinner out there, out in the hot tub after dinner with glasses clinking. Probably having sex every night (my husband went in the bushes to check - I posted about this before). We shut that down right away. If I am not enjoying life, I don't want to see anyone else enjoying life. The only advantage to loud people is that I can eavesdrop, but then, I realize how much my life sucks.
