The cops lied about the burglary across the street happening on December 26th. One news reporter said that would be impossible because their news truck was parked right there among others and they would’ve seen it. The burglary was very clearly on the 24th per eyewitnesses. The cops didn’t do anything with the tipsters who said they saw a heavily pregnant woman talking to some men in an argument or a woman walking a dog.

The state’sstory is Laci died before the walk as she was mopping the kitchen floor and Scott attacked her from behind. It’s really ridiculous.

The cow also moved Lacis remains to the area Scott was fishing even though that’s not where passerby discovered it.

The state lied and had to force evidence on this case on Scott because they didn’t have any.

Laci and Scott were married and he married young in his 20’s. He didn’t need to marry Laci and they were married for five years without kids. He could’ve divorced her at any time. He wanted kids with her that year and they both chose the baby name months in advance. He was at every sonography Appt. He had just met Amber in November 2003 and it wasn’t his first affair in the marriage either. What exactly was so special about Amber that he wanted to see her? He wasn’t even trying to see her during Christmas Eve. There was zero evidence he wanted to kill Laci and his son just to “be with Amber”. He already was with Amber so what exactly did he need to kill Laci or his son for?

As for the quick fishing trip, he had a 7 1/2 month pregnant wife at home. He isn’t going to stay out for too long. He headed home and asked the neighbor and asked her parents if they knew where Laci was.

Washing the clothes is what anyone would do after a fishing trip so that’s not unusual either.

What is unusual is that with a national search going on, it would take 5 months to find 2 bodies in a shallow body of water like the marina. What’s also unusual is that the baby had twine around the neck and signs of birth not stillbirth or miscarrying in the water. You don’t produce Meconium stool until you’re alive and an umbilical cord and placenta was cut and not found. It’s hard to believe all of this could happen if she was killed on the 24th

And when she did know who he was because of all the media coverage, she went to the police and the audio recordings she helped to facilitate are likely a large part of why he is in prison today.

Yes. Laci’s personality was very forward and talkative according to family. Originally, Lacis family believed Scott was innocent and the robbers did it. The first couple of weeks they were upset at Nancy Grace and others for pointing the finger at Scott.

After Amber Frey came forward, Lacis family were convinced Scott killed Laci.

This. If he turns out to be innocent, there’s a special place in hell for Sharon Rocha.

The only tell of guilt is the crime scene itself and the DNA evidence. With the crime committed, there should’ve been a mountain of evidence on Scott’s boat, in Scotts car, in Scotts washing machine, in Scotts house yet there was nothing but Lacis hair on a set of pliers

Scott’s own words and lies damned him. No conspiracy theory podcaster can change that.

What does the DA have to hide? Why not test the van? If they’re so sure Scott did it, then testing it should not be a big deal, right?

Laci and Scott were married and he married young in his 20’s. He didn’t need to marry Laci and they were married for five years without kids. He could’ve divorced her at any time. He wanted kids with her that year and they both chose the baby name months in advance. He was at every sonography Appt. He had just met Amber in November 2003 and it wasn’t his first affair in the marriage either. What exactly was so special about Amber that he wanted to see her? He wasn’t even trying to see her during Christmas Eve. There was zero evidence he wanted to kill Laci and his son just to “be with Amber”. He already was with Amber so what exactly did he need to kill Laci or his son for?

The motive doesn’t add up and Scot being a liar and cheater and telling Amber he doesn’t have a wife anymore is sad and messed up but what do you think married men till the other women? They’re in love with their wives and won’t ever leave them? He was trying to get in her pants.

He’s admitted he regrets every day that he cheated on Laci and being a f’d up cheater and liar but Amber was not his first affair. He was cheating on Laci since before the marriage.
