Amber was dating a police detective at the time so she was able to come out smelling like roses and an accomplice to the police.
For what reasons? I don’t know. Do we really think Laci would want Amber to become rich off her dead body? I don’t think so |
Uh huh. It was just a coincidence that he had to drive toward Mexico to avoid paparazzi. He could not avoid them in Oregon or Nevada, which were similar distances, but only in Mexico. |
This. |
Scott’s own words and lies damned him. No conspiracy theory podcaster can change that. |
Words and lies are not forensic dna evidence. What does the DA have to hide? Why not test the van? If they’re so sure Scott did it, then testing it should not be a big deal, right? |
+1 You’d think Laci’s family would support this, too. But they don’t care about the truth either. |
An innocent man doesn’t need to lie. I don’t really give a rat’s ass if they do the testing or not. Scott is locked up where he belongs. No tears will be shed for him |
Fleeing the country and changing your appearance to match someone else’s ID is 100% to do with guilt. |
Many men lie. Do you think if Hillary Clinton vanished in 1998 that Bill Clinton was the suspect? Lots of the population lie. Lots of the population cheat. Very few of the population are sick enough to decapitate a loved one and they’re unborn. Laci and Scott were married and he married young in his 20’s. He didn’t need to marry Laci and they were married for five years without kids. He could’ve divorced her at any time. He wanted kids with her that year and they both chose the baby name months in advance. He was at every sonography Appt. He had just met Amber in November 2003 and it wasn’t his first affair in the marriage either. What exactly was so special about Amber that he wanted to see her? He wasn’t even trying to see her during Christmas Eve. There was zero evidence he wanted to kill Laci and his son just to “be with Amber”. He already was with Amber so what exactly did he need to kill Laci or his son for? The motive doesn’t add up and Scot being a liar and cheater and telling Amber he doesn’t have a wife anymore is sad and messed up but what do you think married men till the other women? They’re in love with their wives and won’t ever leave them? He was trying to get in her pants. He’s admitted he regrets every day that he cheated on Laci and being a f’d up cheater and liar but Amber was not his first affair. He was cheating on Laci since before the marriage. |
As for the quick fishing trip, he had a 7 1/2 month pregnant wife at home. He isn’t going to stay out for too long. He headed home and asked the neighbor and asked her parents if they knew where Laci was.
Washing the clothes is what anyone would do after a fishing trip so that’s not unusual either. What is unusual is that with a national search going on, it would take 5 months to find 2 bodies in a shallow body of water like the marina. What’s also unusual is that the baby had twine around the neck and signs of birth not stillbirth or miscarrying in the water. You don’t produce Meconium stool until you’re alive and an umbilical cord and placenta was cut and not found. It’s hard to believe all of this could happen if she was killed on the 24th |
You’d flee the country too if you were a suspect for something you didn’t actually do. Why didn’t he high tail it after the murders then? |
Also, why would he choose December 24th, the day she was expecting company over to kill her?
Christmas is the worst time to choose if he wanted to kill his wife without suspicion |
Only the guilty flee. Scott, OJ, etc. |
Only people with money flee. Fleeing has nothing to do with guilt. I guess you also believe anyone who asks for an attorney before speaking to cops is also guilty as well. Anyone who refuses polygraphs are guilty as well. The only tell of guilt is the crime scene itself and the DNA evidence. With the crime committed, there should’ve been a mountain of evidence on Scott’s boat, in Scotts car, in Scotts washing machine, in Scotts house yet there was nothing but Lacis hair on a set of pliers |
