Yes. Laci’s personality was very forward and talkative according to family. Originally, Lacis family believed Scott was innocent and the robbers did it. The first couple of weeks they were upset at Nancy Grace and others for pointing the finger at Scott.

After Amber Frey came forward, Lacis family were convinced Scott killed Laci.

This. If he turns out to be innocent, there’s a special place in hell for Sharon Rocha.

An innocent man would not tell his mostess that his wife is dead or bleach his hair and flee to Mexico. I know, I know, maybe he just wanted to fish in Mexico, and he always wanted to try blond hair.

Laci and Scott were married and he married young in his 20’s. He didn’t need to marry Laci and they were married for five years without kids. He could’ve divorced her at any time. He wanted kids with her that year and they both chose the baby name months in advance. He was at every sonography Appt. He had just met Amber in November 2003 and it wasn’t his first affair in the marriage either. What exactly was so special about Amber that he wanted to see her? He wasn’t even trying to see her during Christmas Eve. There was zero evidence he wanted to kill Laci and his son just to “be with Amber”. He already was with Amber so what exactly did he need to kill Laci or his son for?

The motive doesn’t add up and Scot being a liar and cheater and telling Amber he doesn’t have a wife anymore is sad and messed up but what do you think married men till the other women? They’re in love with their wives and won’t ever leave them? He was trying to get in her pants.

He’s admitted he regrets every day that he cheated on Laci and being a f’d up cheater and liar but Amber was not his first affair. He was cheating on Laci since before the marriage.

Fleeing the country and changing your appearance to match someone else’s ID is 100% to do with guilt.

+1 Scott came from a very messed up family. He couldn't hack it when the responsibilities of being a parent became imminent and not just an idea. I think he killed Laci to be free, not so much to be with Amber specifically.

I do. People don’t always have the instincts they should have. Recently, an older woman in Sterling was run over and killed after she tried to confront the guy who was stealing her car.

+1 I believe that Scott killed Laci, but yes there are lots of stupid people who would confront a criminal in the act. Some drug dealers were dealing at a small park near us. My idiot neighbor confronted them (alone!) and took pictures of them. She bragged about it, thought she was so tough. So stupid.

If the burglars killed Laci, they like would have just killed her at the scene then fled. They wouldn't stick around to remove her body and plan an elaborate dumping operation.

Uh huh. It was just a coincidence that he had to drive toward Mexico to avoid paparazzi. He could not avoid them in Oregon or Nevada, which were similar distances, but only in Mexico.

He killed her. But he wasn’t heading towards Mexico. One of his siblings lived in San Diego. He was staying with them. You don’t have to exaggerate to show he’s guilty. There is enough otherwise.

I would think the baby would not be anywhere near as decomposed since it was inside her body protecting him from the ocean. Once she decomposed to a certain point, the baby was released and was more exposed. Who knows what he wrapped her in initially.

The baby probably weighed more like a full term baby from the bloating from the water. They clearly have not done any studies on the affects of water on babies sizes.
