Kate Middleton's legs!

The Korean First Lady had a ton of plastic surgery. She does not look human, more like high cheekbones, eyes, and chin, all was done.
I am a 52-year-old Balkan Slav or whatever DNA we are these days, and I look more natural and honestly more normal looking than her. All I ever had was a bit of Botox and an upper eyelid surgery, but due to Lyme disease, my right eyelid drooped all the way down. I am not saying I am some beauty, I am just more natural-looking.
It is fashionable in China and Korea to photo-shop faces to have them super narrow with high cheekbones. And then you see them in person and are like....who is this?
Kate at least looks human.

She got his attention by modeling in her underwear, then chased him and stalked him for years while he repeatedly tried to date other girls.

I remember the news when they were dating and how she'd have to scrutinize his polo matches without pausing to eat because he'd want her to appreciate his performance and give an in-depth commentary.

You know where else I've seen that? Friends of mine who were the groupies of pro athletes.

Kate Middleton is basically a royal WAG and I've seen their sh**ty power dynamic clearly for years. If she ever decides she's had enough, now would be the time. She's secured her position as the mother of the heir, and she'd get great alimony.

This is nuts and I say that as someone who is very meh on Kate, and thinks William probably cheats.

Pre-coronation, I thought divorce was possible (not necessarily likely but like a 50-50 possibility) because the rumors of his possible affairs were Messy, he seems like a huge a-hole, and it just seemed like she worked impossibly hard to toe the line for him. It just looked like a combustible situation that could go wrong.

Post coronation, I think there's little to no chance they divorce. Kate is ALL in on being future queen, absolutely killing it in terms of public perception. Very high popularity, very good at making sure all her work is very highly visible (she gets more press for her charities and events than other royals, including Charles, in part because she gets covered by fashion and lifestyle press due to focus on her appearance), plus generally regarded as a great mom, which is truthfully her main job. She loves her role and is great at it, and seems more comfortable in it every day, and somewhat liberated to get more comfortable since they became Prince/Princess of Wales (I'm sure the extra $ helps).

Anyway, no way she gives any of that up just because William is a balding middle age a-hole or possibly a cheater. She's living her dream. She appears more born to this life than her husband who actually was. And he won't divorce her because he knows what am asset she is and also what the headlines would be if he did (Prince of Wales divorces widely beloved Princess of Wales? Hmmm).

Nope. They are lifers. They'll never split. William could have a public affair with Pippa and I think Will and Kate would stay married. She'll be standing right next to him when he becomes king, whether that's in 5 years or 25 years.

I like her well enough, but let’s not pretend she’s working a full time job, parenting, food shopping, cooking for her kids, and still finding the time to cook healthy things for herself and take time out our her busy life and desk job to exercise. I seriously doubt she even styles her own hair. She carries a very small mental load and even less of a domestic one.

Many other royals and extremely wealthy individuals have the same lifestyle and they don’t look as regal as Kate.

I like Kate. I think she’s very pretty and I love her fashion sense, but to me she looks decidedly middle class, not regal in the slightest. In fact, I think that’s why I like her.

While she had the equivalent of an UMC childhood, she’s made the full transition to royalty. This is how it’s done! She looks every bit of royal to me.

Umc? Her parents have hundreds of millions of dollars

Her parents are broke.

Why would it matter? They did what good parents supposed to do. They provided a stable family and a good upbringing. She still gets along with her family and they spend time with her children.

Agree it doesn’t matter. What I heard anyway is the buyer of the business is aware of the debts, etc. It was part of the deal.

People are pushing scandal where there is none.

Unfortunately the dehumanization of Asians is a common racist trope. Asians look human too. We don't look white, but we're human too. This is an entertainment thread. So let's keep it light and not racist.

Bla,bla, I work in the field where we issue documents to Koreans and Chinese. They photoshop the hell out of every photo and do not look human in them. Not all, but the younger generation. Just watch any Chinese or Korean TV shows.
They also get plastic surgery to achieve that "beauty" standard. But, you go on being a victim.

Wil is a narcissist and a huge bully, everyone knows that.

This is the only life she knows and wants. She met William at 19 but she had a crush on him since she was 9 and saw him at a hockey match between their dchools.

I think the King is likely just happy that she's a willing participant and isn't making waves with stupid comments to the media about racisim or "The Firm" or whatever they call themselves.

+1 She understands the job and does it well.

+3. She is a woman who KNOWS HER PLACE. She submits to her husband, to the crown, to the firm.

This is what she wants and is content with her choice and deserving of the enormous enormous responsibility on her shoulders. She is my role model.

No chance they divorce. The marriage is more about the business side of their relationship now that they’ve popped out the heir + spare. They can and do lead pretty independent lives and still seem to work well together (publicly). Even if they’re at a point (privately) where many couples would divorce, William and Charles know that she brings so much to the table so they need to keep her around.

I can’t say I agree with her being a role model of any kind, simply because of what she did to get William to marry her. Not anything I would want my daughter to do — even for a future king.

You should be fired from your job

I am really good at my job. Which is to make sure that people can't steal other people's identity with fake photos.

It is a business partnership as much as it is a relationship. They will each play their roles. The only thing that may change this arrangement is if Kate somehow falls from public grace.
At least William has not openly embarrassed his wife like what the Danish crown prince just did.

I know they make her wear hats, but the " matchup matchy" is too much and makes her look too old/ dowdy.

Otherwise, it does seem that she is good at the job the rivals want her to do. Maybe too good...she gets more press than ugly Will (who was cute as a kid).

DP. I think this is true from her side. She doesn’t have anything to fall back on. However, if William decides he has some AP he wants to be with or gets tired of being in Kate’s shadows then they will absolutely divorce. There’s less of an argument from his side not to divorce. I also thinks he has affairs like all his other male relatives but he would 100% divorce her if she had one.
