I'm mid-50's, DH is 60, married 24 years, we average 5 times a week.

DH has a VERY strong sex drive, he'd be happier with 14 times a week.

Agree with the 20s with no kids. 30’s slowed down with 3 kids born and all the pregnancy related downtime. I think it picked up in our 40’s but having teens under roof made it challenging at times. Now empty nesters in our 50s and almost back to our 20’s? I think the sex is better now because we are far more experienced and can take more time. With babies and kids under roof speed was important.

We are oldies at 71 and 73 and we still have sex once a week after 42 years. I seriously can’t remember our frequency 40 years ago but it wasn’t 4-5 times. I’m just very happy that we are both still attracted to each other and are both capable of performing at a pretty high level. We do like to keep the lights low!

Divorced. Zero during Covid. Now I am dating 3 men and it is more like 7x a week. Most of it on weekends when kids are with grandparents.

My wife left me late last year, we haven't seen each other since, and we're now divorced.

So, y'know. I haven't had sex in at least a year—which is statistically indistinguishable from the amount of sex I had in the year prior to that.
