She's sat through 2 trials now, abs there have been numerous hearsay objections. She knows what hearsay is and she knows she can get away with it. She can say what other people say, the lawyers then object, but the jury doesn't unhear what has already been heard before the objection.

As far as I'm aware, Catholic elementary schools do not give "scholarships," but financial aid. And having to maintain an "A" average to maintain the "scholarship" to a Catholic school is not believable. Kind of a minor detail, but not believable to me. And she testified that she went to "several" Catholic schools without a follow -up on why she transferred so many times. To me, she was trying to come across as a brilliant overachiever, but there is robably a lot more to that story. I guess she's not going to be asked on direct about the domestic violence charge she had against her in her prior marriage?

What a ridiculous response. Just because she’s a woman does not make her automatically the victim. Follow the evidence. There seems to be a lot of glaring evidence so far on Depp’s side, but I guess we’ll see if there are reliable ones from Amber soon. What’s interesting to me is that Depo does not seem to have abusive relationships with anyone else except her. Anyway, I agree that they bith should not be glorified but Amber is far from innocent.

When she said he texted her something while she was “taking care of his daughter…” Nope. No way do I believe she was taking care of his daughter or that his daughter was crying in Heard’s arms. Watching her makes my stomach queasy, because she sounds so fake and rehearsed.

My favorite part is when she's going through talking about this traumatic experience, she's cries without tears, losing her breath, making all those weird faces and then her attorney asks a different question and she just sort of picks her next mood and responds in a super collected and calm way. Like 3 sec later after it almost looked like she'll collapse.

What an actress, the whole trial feels like we are in a theatre!

I agree with you. To your point, she later was smiling about the knife questions and then, at the end of the day, smiling and happy as she exited. If one was truly traumatized, she wouldn't look like the cat that killed the canary.

I'm sorry about your husband. That sounds traumatic.

We don't know who did what in the case. All we can do is look at the evidence. Just because your husband is a drug addict, alcoholic and abusive doesn't mean JD is.

In 2016, Amber's lawyer (Samantha Spector) sent a letter to Johnny's lawyer asking for some penthouses and a Range Rover. I know hindsight is always 20/20, but it seems like he could have just taken that deal, and avoided all of the bad publicity of the TRO and the op-ed.


In other words, if Johnny had settled this back before Amber got a TRO, then it seems like all of this damage could have been avoided. Instead, two careers are ruined, and so much dirty laundry is on display. I'm guessing it's harmful to both of them to sit through this trial and re-live all of this.
