I was just curious so looked at hotel room availability in DC. No problem getting a room at various price points. Maybe it will pull in military families?

I posted this on another parade thread, but I was curious and checked out hotel prices and availability in DC from Thursday through Sunday. Hotel rooms are readily available and SUPER cheap. Most saying 30% or more under usual pricing. So yeah, can't be too many millions if that's the hotel situation.

I think they are worried about mass protests and thats what is driving the crazy fencing and shutdowns.

Why us anything being closed on Thursday, Friday or Sunday? Why is Rock Creek and the Key Bridge closed? There are more and longer closures for this stupid 79th Birthday Party than there are for inaugurations.
