I can't believe the claimed millions are coming.

Millions coming for a 0.88 mile long parade? We really have reached peak brainrot.

There isn’t sufficient space for many people to actually view the parade. Are there any bleachers besides Trump’s platform?

No, it's standing room only.

WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump said this weekend's military parade in the nation's capital is a rain or shine event as forecasts show the potential for bad weather on parade day.

"I hope the weather's okay, but actually if it's not, that brings you good luck, and that's okay, too," Trump said June 12 in discussing the parade during the congressional picnic at the White House. "It doesn't matter. It doesn't affect the tanks at all, it doesn't affect the soldiers. They're used to it. They're tough. Smart."

Earlier in the day, White House spokeswoman Anna Kelly said there will be a military celebration "no matter what."

Are any parade viewers even in town?

Lots of Black SUVs at the Four Seasons Georgetown. I think this parade is more of a private view thing. The masses are not welcome.

I’m excited to join the protests.

When violence starts, do you stay or leave?

The same men in Uniform who are kicking down doors and arresting US citizens in Los Angeles. Soon they will be shooting US citizens. The US military can never again say they protect our freedoms. It’s quite the opposite.

A vet friend of mine said the approval rating of military is still very high. But depending on what the orange felon and DUI merit appointment Hegseth make them do over the coming weeks, I think people will start hating them too.

There's lots of Black SUVs at the Four Seasons every single day.

Hotel rooms are cheap and plentiful in DC this weekend. Gonna say it is not a popular event.

Seemed like boatload more. They were on both side of M street and the side streets.
