Some places more than others. Making films that are excessively violent or pornographic knowing that they can influence children and/or adults' responses and actions is immoral to the core.

I'd be surprised if their prenup or their settlement didn't contain a non-disparagement clause. It's fairly standard, although the ones I've seen are only about not badmouthing ex to the kids, but I'd have to think celebrities would have something about not badmouthing to the press?

If he really is bad in bed all this does is solidify she really was a gold digger. She had no other reason but his money to date him in her 20s, let alone marry him at 29 if he sucked in bed.
