| On everyone. Lord help me if I become accustomed to these and think they look good. (As happened many years ago with skinny jeans.) |
| Ahhh fashion. We are programmed to like whatever they tell us to no matter how unflattering. |
| So bad. Ludicrous. |
| They’re awful. |
| I agree it’s a frumpy look. No one looks good in them. And the cropped ones one with booties- no. It reminds me of lady pirates. |
| I agree. But I just got some from Madewell anyway. |
| I like them. They’re comfy and they get up the noses of stuffy traditionalists. |
| Pics? |
These can be yours for $1,450 from Bergdorf’s. https://www.bergdorfgoodman.com/p/alaia-mid-rise-wide-leg-barrel-jeans-prod190800113 |
These look good. That is more of a lantern shaped leg which is seen more traditionally/generally in Japanese fashion/culture. |
Have at em! |
|
The Japanese word for the lantern style pants is Andon Hakama.
Barrel leg pants in the US are usually more straight and wider, what used to be called "Stovepipe" pants. |
Someone tell Alaia, because the description says “barrel jeans”. |
|
Those are shiteous.

I'm not wearing the pants but are will still wearing booties? I have three pairs for spring that are very old (vintage) - can I wear? |
