That makes me paranoid about other huge shows. In line for one currently. Someone calm me down please.

Unlike other artists, she NEVER cancels shows unless there is a very serious reason. Even when a fan died in Brazil due to heat, she postponed rather than outright canceling. She performs in rain, storms, heat, all sorts of conditions unless she cannot help it.


This must be heartbreaking for her and everyone else.

Gigantic gatherings happen every day, safely. All the other shows were fine. Nothing happened here, the police did their jobs perfectly. The Olympics have been fine. Everything will be fine.

I think perhaps the local tour promoter cancelled. Maybe without any say from the Taylor side. Taylor Nation (her PR arm) has made no official announcement. The only official notice is on the promoters page. It’s hard to tell what’s going on.

Thank you. This is the second day of this event and I have been noticing dozens of bomb sniffing dogs before the show, which I never have before. I had a ton of conversations about it at last nights show. I’m wondering if it is connected.

Likely the organizer canceled due to livability. They posted that they received confirmation from government officials of a planned attack on the stadium. It’s not that hard to tell what’s going on; they were pretty clear about having no choice but to cancel for safety.

This also comes so soon after that horrible knife attack at the children’s TS themed event. Forgive me, I don’t read much news so am forgetting the town but in the UK, I believe. I feel awful for the fans and for Taylor as she doesn’t ever cancel shows.

I mean poor grown adults too! I saw way more early 20s/30s at the concert than little girls lol but yeah all the people that travel to Europe for this yikes what a bummer. But what matters most is that everyone is safe.
