Meghan's been talking to Givenchy, among others. She's serious about selling the brand. |
Who’s stopping the “money train”? They are still going to draw 95% of their income from the royal family, plus they’re still going to have enormous security bills without doing their duties. Talk about having their cake and eating it. |
Oh no - the jealousy thing is real. William is known for his temper and his pride. And he’s not shy about using the press to undercut family. Everything else is up in the air - although the rumors I heard are juicy. |
Who knows if they are true? The news is desperate for stories so they post any accusation. |
DP. With a nanny and a friend. Two people taking care of him. |
| I predict Megan will make as much money as she can quickly and then trade up. |
+1. Spot on. She craves being a Hollywood Hills center of attention she never was as a D list nobody yacht girl. She also probably thought marrying a royal was going to give her access to a $100M bank account. She wants to get her hands on loot and she was to party with A listers. She's a vapid and desperate social climber. This all has nothing to do with the royal drama or the mean press.
|
Agree. She’s an evil user. Probably abuser. |
Umm, duh. But maybe he's secretly closeted, so he's also using her. Or maybe the entire thing is just fake royal theatre to keep the dumb masses entertained. Who knows. |
Exactly. |
You mean the "cottage" she just blew over $3 million in PUBLIC money remodeling? |
That was her sticking it to them. B****. What’s wrong with her?? |
Scamming a non-profit racket sounds plausible. I can also see her pushing her "goop" lifestyle brand on shows like Wendy Williams. So classy. |
I don’t believe a word of this. |

This thread really points out just how out of touch DCUM's resident pearl-clutchers are. I am reading it for entertainment value. The anti-MM people are totally nuts, aren't they? Funny stuff.
I don't like any of them. But the glaring reality is that H&M are wildly popular worldwide, have a kid to support, and can make a lot more money out of the weird and nasty BRF than in it. Their time to make money is now, not in ten years. The palace would never have worked with them so they did it on their own. William has a reputation of being nasty, so they couldn't wait on him. The press coverage worldwide is largely positive of H&M. It's a common sense decision driven by shrewd market awareness, but the frothing posters here have no idea. Also, the divorce prediction babbling just sounds stupid, though entertaining to read. It's entirely possible they'll end up divorced (like a high number of people in the world), but that does not mean this wasn't a sharp marketing move. |
