I don’t have much to add. I agree the kidnapper has nothing to do with Erin. I agree baby’s father is best friend’s husband or the other friend who left his beer. I think the priest definitely didn’t kill Erin and also isn’t the father. I don’t know why Mare erased the security footage at the old people’s house. And I have no clue what was in the journals. I think the friend put in her pocket a photo of the person who ends up being the father.

I want to see Katie Bailey’s poor mother give her a hug.

They made a point of showing Mare looking at the barely drunk bottle of beer. I think she took it to get his dna to test to see if he’s the baby’s father.

I agree, the kidnapper isn't related to Erin murder.

I'm still suspicious of the blonde priest, Mare's cousin.

I think that Mare erased the footage because it was the young punk neighbor that the couple was feuding with who spray painted the boob graffiti and Mare just didn’t want to see the feud blow up any further. She has a history of personally taking care of problems like this before they become official police business.

I thought that, but then I realized she was actually thinking "why'd he just get himself another beer if he had to leave?" Because he left suddenly after the talk of Erin staying with him came up. She's suspicious that he left the drink but not necessarily thinking she'll DNA that. She can DNA him whenever she wants (when she is a cop again).

Yes, this. I agree. She couldn't be bothered dealing with escalation.

Do we think Dylan looking guilty af is a red herring, that he's trying to erase paternity evidence so the kid can stay with his family? Even if they didn't do it, would love to see him and his skanky gf go up in flames. But none of this really jibes.

Yeah I don’t know what Dylan’s up to. Too obvious for him to be the killer, but whom would he be interested in protecting? And what is Jess up to?

I really don’t know. Did Jess like Dylan too? Is she addicted to drugs?

I’ve started suspecting Dylan’s parents. I’ve already suspected everyone else.

Is Jess the trashy girlfriend or Erin's "best friend"?

The Wire was pretty accurate.

I’m from West Baltimore. At times, it is astonishingly accurate.
