BLM protests included legit protestors, agitator/antifa vandals, and looters under cover of the distraction. OK. It was still a problem for the businesses disrupted and Bowser could have better deployed the police (who have been on the defensive from our Council and defund types for the little action they DID take) and called up the National Guard. No windows should be smashed, buildings defaced, people threatened ever. And it is preventable. How she chooses to act tomorrow is up to her, but it doesn't excuse the inaction this summer or in future demonstrations that are more aligned with wokedom but also bring mayhem to our streets. |
"Inaction"? Maybe you're forgetting that it was MPD that kettled the protesters. I'm with the other PP - destruction of property is bad, but violence against people is far worse. |
I thought that was for Trump’s big escape? |
It’s actually pretty evil if you ask me |
So right! I mean a plastic banner vs what is not prosecuted - the U.S. flag. |
I love you, PP. Thanks for respecting old glory. At least some of us still do. The rest of y’all - is the left everything you hoped it would be? At least there are no banners being burned in dc, right? 🤔 |
You can burn a US flag that you ow. You cannot burn someone else’s property. Is that really so hard to understand? |
|
As opposed to burning buildings and looting, like actual BLM "protesters" |
I guess you say they are. They’re personal property that has arbitrarily been made illegal, despite being legal in most of the rest of the country. Unless you’re a well-connected lib-scum journalist like this guy: https://www.washingtonpost.com/local/crime/police-nbc-asked-for-high-capacity-clip/2012/12/26/4c8f77da-4f76-11e2-8b49-64675006147f_story.html Why wasn't David Gregory charged for the exact same crime Tario was charged with? Well? |
Maybe because he's not the leader of a white supremacist hate group? |
