| I think that if anyone is a sociopath in this, it’s Jonathan’s mother. She clearly blamed her son for the little girl’s death. Of course he shut down and moved away as soon as he was old enough. |
Sylvia and Nicole did. |
| This last episode was so cheesy. A kid doesn't want to talk about his sister's death which makes him a sociopath. Okay. |
Same. Not just the sociopathy, but what about the huge plot point in the first episode with him planning a trip out of town, and lying about it? If that doesn't scream pre-meditation, then what was the point of that whole trip??? Just to cue Nicole Kidman that her husband is a liar and was fired? Makes no sense. |
| I think Jonathan and he is framing the son. But I did at one point think it was probably the son, Henry. |
I think he was planning to leave Grace to be w Elena, which is why he made up the story about the trip. Did he go to meet her at 5 that morning and discover her dead, which is why he fled? |
|
No way it's the son. You're telling me a 13-14 year old boy did that and managed to leave no evidence at the scene OR in his home (it was searched by the cops for evidence)?

Hope this is not a spoiler. That would make you real criminal here. |
+1. This would be grounds for a temporary DCUM ban IMO. |
Not a spoiler. Just a very educated guess based on clear clues in the script. |
| Sutherland's eyebrows would have prevented him from seeing clearly enough to hit her in the head so many times. He is innocent. |
| Certainly the kid did it. |
Sylvia is the friend not the attorney. |
Sylvia, the friend, was once Jonathan’s attorney. |
|
I think the blond friend also had an affair with Jonathan, was jealous of the other woman (including her spectacular breasts), did it and wanted to frame Jonathan.
The hammer in the violin case is a red herring. Henry found it, thought it was the murder weapon and hid it. |
