I would NOT want this. I'd rather keep FCPS as part of the VA schools forum and keep AAP separate. I do not want to deal with crazy AAP parents in a regular FCPS forum. right now, they stay in AAP and it's much better for everyone. |
Agree to keep AAP separate and FCPS inside current VA schools forum. I like to read about APS LCPS in the same forum as FCPS. |

Keep all the Northern VA school systems together, but people could help by specifying if talking about only one district.

😂 |
| Yes |
| I like reading about what all the school districts are doing in one place. |

Same.. Especially now when we are all monitoring what the other schools are doing.. |
Same. |
| Yes. As a non FCPC parent it sometimes get overwhelmed with FCPC posts. |
How many are FCPS threads but not titled appropriately? Right now there are several FCPS specific threads on the first page. Only one that is truly overarching - about VA Virtual Schools. The rest are either district-specific or just general education (not VA specific). The issue I have is that many FCPS posts aren’t titled appropriately making it difficult to sort through to find threads about other districts. |
Agree. Keep them together. |

Thanks for asking!
I support keeping the VA schools together, but reminding posters to put the school system in the subject line if it is specific to that county. |
| FCPS should have it's own forum. |
| Maybe you can just create a mandatory field requiring OPs to identify the school system when posting a new topic in the VA schools thread? This way everything stays together under one VA roof, and it's easy to see which school systems are being discussed. |
