My answer:

If you are attractive, yes.

If you are not attractive, no.

It's true but many are just invisible. There's no thought going on. It's just a glance and it's like she was never there. There's also the "hell no!" thoughts that go through your mind when you see someone.
So no, all the thoughts aren't sexual.

It doesn't bother me. If I was the only man that wanted to sleep with my wife, then that would be an issue. I'd have to re-think my choices.
