Recent Ballston Tragedy - why is no one talking about this?!

In case anyone was wondering, my lawyer advised me that convicted murders are given custody by Virginia. I've actually had that happen to a friend's sister's child. So, no the grandparents/ family wouldn't win this in family court, sadly.

The kids of the perpetrator and the victim. Sheesh, can’t you read. Yes, both men are dead, but both had kids that have to live with the legacy of a bizarre tragedy.

+1 The original PP actually wrote that they hope the perp gets counseling. Instead of insulting others they should have corrected their statement.

Just saw that the sister sued the baby mama, who now lives in Florida. Do we know who has custody of the son?

I'm just waiting for her to get arrested and there to be a dateline.

I’m not a lawyer so I may be reading this wrong but it looks like the lawsuit was dismissed with prejudice after errors properly serving Giandoni’s ex? She sued her and the estate of the dead ex-boyfriend for wrongful death saying they conspired to kill him.
