Went this morning for an egg sandwich.
I believe they panini pressed the brioche bun by itself, THEN added the egg, cheese and bacon. So the was toasted, the cheese was cold. Wtf? |

Yep, that's how they do it. I got one when they first came out and someone explained that the over easy egg will break open on the grill. I'd rather have the other egg and some melted cheese. |
| ^ I got the scrambled egg and that's still how they made it. But when you get a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on toast or a bagel they press the whole sandwich. Weird! |
