The same CIP that refers to the possibility of moving some McLean kids to Langley also refers to "alleviate Westbriar ES attendance island by reassigning students to Colvin Run ES." If those kids go to Colvin Run, they'll move out of Kilmer/Marshall to Cooper/Langley as well.
