Murder at Lululemon in Bethesda

Oh my god. This latest article is making me weep. Just when I was starting to be able to get this out of my head, I'm completely devastated again. I would guess that if it hadn't been these two poor women, there would've been a horrific crime committed against some woman or women on friday night in that area. It sounds like these animals came prepared to attack someone and just happened across this situation. Absolutely sickening.  I am not the praying type, but I am praying hard that the attackers are found. And castrated.

| One of the men was 5'3". How many men that short are there in the area? I hope that alone helps narrow the suspect pool. If I knew anyone that short, I would seriously ask them where they were that night. |

NP here- I think its probably b/c her linked in profile has title of keyholder. These women have been through a lot. The youtube video brought tears to my eyes. Thoughts to both of them and their families tonight. |

I am with you about the fact that it doesn't add up! I think that it is NOT normal that any murderer would kill one person and leave a witness! Something seriosly doesn't add up. One TV news report said that it was her cell phone that was left. If in fact that is the case I am wondering how she retrieved the other persons number that quickly. Most people don't even know there own numbers these days with cell phones doing all of the memory work for you. Also it is just TOO coincidental that they go back to the store and these 2 men just happen to be there right after! It is very curious that the one that had the keys even entered the store when the other one only had to run back to the area where she left whatever! My sense is that the one that was murdered realized who these people were and that is why they murdered her! It is a very likely story to say it must have been because of the IPAD 2 coming out. But 2 men are NOT going to stand on the street with masks on so they can grap someones IPAD purchase! And the likelihood of them going into the Apple Store to rob it when there are a zillion people in there at all times is VERY unlikely!
The other girl is either a suspect that may have lored her coworker back there knowing VERY well that these 2 men were going to meet them there or she is in GREAT danger considering that she is a witness to a BRUTAL murder! I also have a problem with the fact that she said that one of the men was 5'3. I don't buy it. Also that because they wore gloves and masks that they could not determine whether they were black or white. I don't believe that they had gloves on or masks that completely covered every single area of their faces. And I also can't imagine that there was not some sort of struggle that may have ripped a shirt or something that would have indicated color. Not to mention voices! It can be VERY obvious sometimes by the sound of a voice what race someone is. Not always but I just can't imagine all of this went on and she has NO clue! Anyway I woke up thinking about this the next morning after hearing about it because there are too many questions! |

Where did you hear that it was a cell phone that she went back in for? If that's the case, how did she call the other girl? That makes no sense. I doubt the validity of that detail. But I agree that it's odd that they don't even know the race of the men.
And please cool it with the posts slamming people for being curious and speculating. Stop looking at this thread if you don't want to see discussions about it. Of course we are horrified by this and have deep sympathy for the victims and their loved ones. But it is human nature to speculate and discuss how this could have happened. |

| Calm down. These things take time and not all details and suspicions are publicized. The police are probably keeping things up their sleeves. And consider the state of the sole witness: she may very well recall things differently when she feels a little better. |

On ABC7 tonight they reported that an employee from an area business heard cries for help that night but did not call authorities.

| Just checked the company website. They have enjoyed fantastic growth. The reward the company offered seems cheap. The founder is very likely a wealthy person. Up the reward to one million. Someone will turn someone in for a million. |

| One of the news channels on Sunday morning said it was a cell phone. I have not seen it anywhere else though. So I am not sure. But think about it....what else could it have been that she forgot>>>>her purse??!! I just feel very strongly that it was a set up! Too many strange things are missing from this story. And the fact that the one that left something supposedly is the one that lived is a little curious to say the least! Think about it.....someone is being murdered......the masks and gloves that apparently only had slight slits enough to only show an eyeball....never moves while they are RAPING and murdering a woman and then raping and tighing up another one! None of there clothing gets tattered or ripped while they are committing these crimes and their maskes don't move! I don't buy it! |
