Because the legality of that order is in dispute. ICE claims they didn't need a warrant for a public arrest, but Berrios's attorney argues her rights were violated without showing one.

Not correct. A lower standard called "reasonable suspicion" is sufficient for initiating a traffic stop. Reasonable suspicion means the officer has a reasonable basis to suspect a crime has been or is about to be committed. The fact that she’s illegal means she’s currently committing a crime. Federal law enforcement officers have the authority to pull over someone that is presenting a threat to the public. Whether or not this person was presenting a threat to the public is matter for debate. It's all a mess created by our two recent awful presidents.

ICE can pull a vehicle over if they have reasonable suspicion it contains undocumented people. They knew she was undocumented. They had the right to pull her over, and if ordered, she needs to get out of the car. This is on her.
