The person from ED just told you .. it's about the opposite of what you posted. Yes, you lose access to information systems but no you are not expected to work up until your termination date and there SHOULD be severance.

1 out of 20 FDA employees are CC. The CC is officers only (no noncoms). Discount the FDA gs7s and 9s, and FDA’s ratio of CCs is far higher.
