What cause of action will you assert?

You can speak to an attorney if you need to know.

No let's get this out there so the community can ban together and get change. Negligent infliction of emotional distress? Could class action be pursued?

It's nice to see that not everyone on here is a lawyer.

No, there is no claim against a school system for instituting a lockdown when there is a report of a gun in school. Are you for effin' real?

The principal was not in the school today. He is sick.

Why wouldn’t the principal be sick? We’re all sick of this. The MCPS brand is that of outrageous corruption, incompetence or both. Shoot, I’m getting sick just thinking about. Good for you Sheldon! It’s about time someone was sick of this!

So someone else called a lockdown? No mention of that in any communications either.

What’s wrong with someone else calling the lockdown? The assistant principals are more than capable? I don’t understand the question, sorry.

They are?

Yeah this people are all ridiculous and make me laugh. Like what the hell are you suing for? Because the school tried to keep your student safe — even if some students left the campus when the lockdown was announced?

Thought they said student was in police custody and that it is under police investigation?

Okay, and then what? Student gets released and gets to come back to that school? This scenario could be at any school btw.

How little minded you are. You think it is JUST one lockdown.

But will the student remain in custody now that they know it was an airsoft gun and not a real gun?

What is the motive of this mCps? When is County Executive going to speak out and do something?

The student was charged with disruption of school activities, possession of a weapon on school property and possession of a concealed weapon, county police spokesperson Shiera Goff told Bethesda Today in an email Tuesday afternoon.

Thank God the boy's mom collaborated and wasn't to convince her son to turn himself in.

Were parents charged?

Thank God the boy's mom collaborated and was able to convince her son to turn himself in. I'm sure his father is absent in his life, which is why he's acting out by showing off a stupid airsoft gun at school for attention.
