Is your neighborhood mixed R and Ds?

I don’t hang out with neighbors nor do I care to so irrelevant to me.

Tbh, no one talks politics and not many advertise their views.

This is a big contrast to when we go into NoVa for activities. Tons of Trump & Walz signs. It seems that Trump houses insist on putting up 5+ signs on their property; big overcompensating vibes. Lots of single Harris signs on lawns.

While we have plenty of Harris/Waltz signs in my neighborhood in just outside the Beltway in VA there are also a handful of very quiet Republicans. You only know them once they trust you to not judge them. Go about a mile away and then you get the 5+ Trump signs, but not in our clusters of neighborhoods. Part of that might be because the quiet Republicans are often also never Trumpers.

+1. Why would my Republican Dad put up a trump sign? He has voted for every Republican presidential candidate for my entire life but he detests Trump and would never vote for him. Trump is not a Republican.

I don't know your dad, obviously, but I would bet my bottom dollar that when he goes into that voting booth, he either votes for Trump or skips over the Presidential race altogether.

That's not what you want to hear, so that's not what he's telling you, however!

You would lose that bet. He's a high-ranking military officer. He doesn't suffer anti-American fools like Trump.

Who cares! The military is 50/50 demo/repub. He must be one of those generals that are highly incompetent.

Courtesy and friendliness. No bitter, childless, cat ladies, and if they are, they even vote Trump. Hell, even our alphabet friends, including a F2M trans are pro-Trump. Glad I left DC.

Yes and it's always sunny and the clouds are literally made of cotton candy and you can pick gumdrops and marshmallows off of the trees
