In my admittedly limited experience, Indian food is too spicy to serve to a crowd. There will always be some people who don’t like/can’t eat spicy food. If I’m wrong, please tell me what I should be ordering to get the flavors without the heat.

Butter chicken is very mild and most people like it. I’d do that. I’m not sure about crowd pleaser vegetarian, but you can simply say mild on the heat and you’ll get that.

This thread is wild. Everyone suggesting Indian for 100 TEENS. That's crazy. While I love Indian food this is not what you serve to teens, let alone 100 of them.

You need to keep it as basic as possible. Spaghetti and meatballs is the easiest option.

We have access to a professional kitchen with 2 ovens.

What about casseroles? They seem like something that would be easy to prepare in foil pans and kept warm in the oven until ready to serve. Does anyone have casserole suggestions?

Teens and casserole doesn’t go together.
Spare yourself.
Costco pre-made lasagna, garlic bread, and sides

+ 1000

Indian for 100 teens is nuts. Waste of time, effort and money. A lot of it will be in the trash or just not eaten. Basic is best. Keep it simple.

Butter chicken is not for those who are lactose intolerant. Just get Chipotle and be done!
