| Baked ziti? |
|
Assuming for a youth group or sporting event, Costco is your friend:
Gatorade and sprite and water Bagged Ceasar salad (buy many large bags) Lasagna Stouffers Mac n cheese Baby carrots Grapes Cookies or brownies or variety of their desserts Paper plates/napkins/cups and plastic utencils |
Vegetable fried rice. Cheese macaroni. Air fried chicken. |
| Pizza, Mac and cheese, lasagna, ziti, sandwiches |
|
Sides are your friends (veggie trays, chips, etc) to deal with picky appetites and to avoid those big appetites requiring absurdly sized entree portions.
For the entreeā¦. Some sort of baked pasta or take a pork butt (or two) in a slow cooker (or two) with barbecue sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper for pulled pork sandwiches. Otherwise do subs/wraps. |
| How many ovens are you working with? |
| Pasta, sauces, meatballs from Costco. |
oooh good question |
|
Frozen meatballs + sauce in crockpots. Tons of shredded cheese. Bags of hoagie puns. Buffet line to assemble meatball subs. Have a vegetarian option.
If you have ovens, you could warm up Costco chicken patties on big sheet pans and some veggie patties as another option. |

| Are you hosting them at your house? Or at a venue? |
