How is 2024 worse than 2020? You're really asking this question? First of all, January 6th hadn't happened prior to the 2020 election. We new Trump was awful during the 2020 election but we didn't know he was capable of completely ignoring his role as Commander-in-Chief. Secondly, Biden had had a few years off prior to the 2020 election and seemed fresh minded for a 77 year old. He currently seems feeble minded and just feeble in general. That's the perception of the majority of the American people and the people's perception is what makes a candidate effectively weak or strong. Never before have we had the absolute worst candidate ever going up against one of the top 3 most weakest/most unpopular candidates in our history. There is no other election that comes close to this one as far as being in the worst of the worst category. We are guaranteed a president that should not, by any measure, be president for FOUR more years after January 2025. Let's just hope it isn't Trump.

If Trump wins, do you think he will voluntarily walk away from the presidency after his 2nd term ends in January 2029?

The best thing that could happen would be for a once in several generations leader to come to the surface by 2028. An FDR, Lincoln, or Washington. We are due for one of those. That's the quickest path to putting the current political landscape behind us and bringing this country back together while forming a more functional Federal Government. 90% of us still share the same core values. It can be done. It has been done before. Let's hope it doesn't take a 12/07/41 or 9/11 moment to bring this to fruition.
